What is Fit Liberty?
Fit Liberty is a revolutionary shopping program that allows you to buy for the size you are right now. Any piece in the Fit Liberty collection is eligible for a one-year size exchange (beyond our standard return policy) should you go up or down in size within a year. We are proud to have expanded this program from 40 styles to over 400 styles!
How do I exchange my Fit Liberty item?
Easy! Process your Fit Liberty exchange as you would complete any exchange on our site. Visit our Returns Portal to get started and select Fit Liberty as the return reason. Please note that if your purchase was a final sale, it will not be eligible under the program. This also includes any Mystery Box, free denim, and Denim Drive purchases.
Are my items eligible?
We want to ensure you know which items are part of the program; we can't keep this a secret! You can visit the Fit Liberty Collection page or look at the individual product pages. You won't be able to miss our Fit Liberty Eligible icon! You can also add your order number in the return portal, and if eligible, you can process it there.
As always, exchanges are free for domestic customers, and you don't need your tags when returning your Fit Liberty eligible items. You won't be charged for exchanging within the Fit Liberty program.
At this time, International customers are not eligible for any Fit Liberty exchanges.
