What is Fit Liberty?
Fit Liberty is a revolutionary shopping program that allows you to buy for the size you are right now. Any piece in the Fit Liberty collection is eligible for a one-year size exchange (beyond our standard return policy) should you go up or down in size within a year from the date of purchase. We are proud to have expanded this program from 40 to hundreds of styles!
How do I exchange my Fit Liberty item?
Easy! Process your Fit Liberty exchange as you would complete any exchange on our site. Visit our Returns Portal to get started, then select "Fit Liberty" as the return reason. Once your items have been returned to us, we will then send out the new size - it's that easy!
Trying to exchange previously hemmed or altered denim? Not a problem to exchange the FL items...we will still honor this for you. Please note that if your purchase was a final sale, it will not be eligible under the program. This also includes any purchases of Mystery Box, free denim, and Denim Drive.
Are my items eligible?
We want to ensure you know which items are part of the program; we can't keep this a secret! You can visit the Fit Liberty Collection page or look at the individual product pages. You won't miss our Fit Liberty Eligible icon! You can also add your order number to the return portal and, if eligible, process the return there.
What if my exchanged size is not available?
Oh no! We’re sorry that your preferred size or color isn’t currently available for exchange.
In the meantime, we recommend adding your email address to the waitlist so you’ll be notified as soon as the item is back in stock. Once it becomes available again, you’ll be able to complete your one-time exchange.
If your eligible item appears in the portal but only a different color is available, you’re welcome to select that option instead.
If the item is not available for exchange, refunds cannot be issued, but we will ensure we process an acceptable exchange for you.
As always, exchanges are free for domestic customers, and you don't need your tags when returning your Fit Liberty eligible items. You won't be charged for exchanging within the Fit Liberty program. Style exchanges are not permitted within the parameters of the program.
At this time, International customers are not eligible for any Fit Liberty exchanges.
