My tracking is not updating - what do I do?Updated 6 months ago
Delayed tracking updates can and do happen. If your order is in "pre-shipment" status, we can confirm that your order did leave our warehouse but has not yet been scanned in by the carrier. We suggest waiting a minimum of 7 business days for tracking to update.
