My tracking is not updating - what do I do?Updated 3 days ago

Delayed tracking updates can and do happen. If your order is in "pre-shipment" status, we can confirm that your order did leave our warehouse but has not yet been scanned in by the carrier. We suggest waiting a minimum of 7 business days for tracking to update and/or your order end up being delivered.

If you are still not seeing any changes to your tracking after 7 business days, please reach out to US at [email protected], and we will do our best to help track down your order.

Please note: Universal Standard is not responsible for packages once they are shipped from our warehouse and are lost in transit. However, please know that we'll always do our best to help you locate your package.
