My tracking is not updating - what do I do?Updated 6 months ago

Delayed tracking updates can and do happen. If your order is in "pre-shipment" status, we can confirm that your order did leave our warehouse but has not yet been scanned in by the carrier. We suggest waiting a minimum of 7 business days for tracking to update. 

If you are still not seeing any changes to your tracking, please reach out to US at [email protected] and we will do our best to help track down your order.

Please note: Universal Standard is not responsible for packages once they are shipped from our warehouse and lost in transit.
