The Global-E Returns Platform will allow you to generate a pre-paid DHL label for any items that you decide not to keep within 30 days of purchase. Once the return is complete, you'll receive your refund in the original form of payment. Pending your bank, you should see the funds returned within 5- 7 days. 

International purchases are not eligible for exchanges or returns to store credit. If an exchange is desired, we'd suggest that international customers return the size that doesn't work and place a new order for the size they want.

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Duties and customs fees are non-refundable; however, customers may be able to request a refund of these charges directly from their local customs authority.
