The Global-E Returns Platform will allow you to generate a pre-paid DHL label for any items that you decide not to keep within 30 days of purchase. Once the return is complete, you'll receive your refund in the original form of payment. Pending your bank, you should see the funds returned within 5- 7 days. 

International purchases are not eligible for exchanges or returns to store credit. If an exchange is desired, we'd suggest that international customers return the size that doesn't work and place a new order for the size they want.

Please note we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We also do not refund duties or customs on any order. Universal Standard is not held responsible if your package is lost in transit.*
